CallMagnet Maps respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information.

1. Our Commitment

At CallMagnet Maps, we stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with your results, we are committed to making it right. Our goal is simple — you get more calls, or we work until you do.

2. Our 30-Day Guarantee

If you do not see any improvement in your Google Maps visibility within 30 days of service delivery, we will redo the entire service at no additional cost.

This applies to all one-time packages:

  • Starter

  • Pro

  • Dominator

3. How to Request a Redo

To request a free redo under our guarantee:

  1. Email us at support@callmagnetmaps.com

  2. Include your order number and business name

  3. Describe what improvement you expected and what you observed

  4. We will respond within 48 hours and schedule the redo

4. Eligibility for Refund

A full refund may be issued in the following cases:

  • Service was not delivered within the agreed timeframe (14 days) and no communication was provided

  • The delivered work was materially different from what was described in the service package

  • A technical error resulted in a duplicate charge

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • You changed your mind after the service was delivered

  • Results did not meet personal expectations that were not part of the service description

  • You failed to provide the necessary information or access to complete the service

  • The 30-day refund window has passed

  • Monthly subscription plans — cancellation stops future billing but past months are non-refundable

6. Monthly Plans

For monthly maintenance plans:

  • You may cancel at any time by emailing support@callmagnetmaps.com

  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle

  • No partial refunds are issued for unused days in the current billing period

  • There are no cancellation fees

7. How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days back to your original payment method via Stripe. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.

8. Disputes

Before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your bank, we kindly ask that you contact us first at support@callmagnetmaps.com. We are committed to resolving any issue quickly and fairly. Chargebacks initiated without prior contact may result in suspension of services.
